For the first Center for Integrated Quantum Science and Technology (IQST) exhibition booth at Quantum Effects 2023, I led the concept development, planning, and implementation. The goal was to make quantum technologies accessible and engaging for a diverse audience, ranging from industry representatives and researchers to school groups. Together with researchers and the institute’s leadership, I developed the selection and communication of the exhibits and coordinated the implementation of the booth design. Together with Andreas Tesch we created a visual identity for the event that included the booth, Banners, merch material and brochures and I initiated the use of LED wall elements. An interactive educational component was also created specifically for school groups. A key part of the project was a VR-based tour of the IQST laboratories, which I conceptualized and implemented in collaboration with an external production company. This allowed visitors to explore the research environment without being physically on site. The project was carried out in close collaboration with researchers, the institute’s leadership, student assistants, and external partners.
