The illustration is a visual abstraction about an editorial text on the topic of friends' advice and their consequences. Do we help a friend in need when we give them advice or do we, indeed, make the situation worse? Below you can see the three sketches I did before I decided to choose the first one as the final illustration. The result is part of an illustration course at the HS Mainz.
